REFUND POLICY
In accordance with applicable New York State law, refunds may be issued for non-custom, unused items at the sole discretion of Clark Family Flame Candle Co., provided the request is made within a reasonable time after receipt and the product is returned in its original, unused condition. All custom-made candles—including, but not limited to, personalized candles, custom labels, custom scents, or candles produced to order—are final sale and strictly non-refundable. Custom-made items are created specifically at the customer’s request and cannot be resold. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and customization details prior to purchase. If a non-custom item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us promptly upon receipt so the issue may be evaluated and an appropriate remedy provided in compliance with New York State consumer protection laws.
SHIPPING POLICY
Clark Family Flame Candle Co. takes great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during holidays, seasonal launches, promotions, or for custom-made items.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Custom-Made Items
Custom-made candles are created specifically for each order and therefore require additional processing time. Estimated timelines for custom orders will be communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and delivery destination. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Clark Family Flame Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Heat & Weather Considerations
Candles are sensitive to heat and extreme weather conditions. During warmer months or periods of elevated temperatures, some softening, sweating, or minor cosmetic changes may occur during transit. These changes do not affect the safety, scent, or performance of the candle.
We take reasonable precautions when packaging candles; however, Clark Family Flame Candle Co. cannot guarantee that candles will not be affected by heat once they are in transit or delivered.
We recommend that customers:

Avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight or hot environments

Allow candles to return to room temperature before use if any softening occurs
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to completing your purchase.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Clark Family Flame Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Clark Family Flame Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we may review the issue and assist where appropriate.

At Clark Family Flame Candle Co., we are proud to offer thoughtfully designed, customizable labels to help you create a meaningful and gift-ready candle. Every custom request is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with our brand standards, aesthetic, and production capabilities.
Custom Design Review
All customization requests are subject to review and approval. Clark Family Flame Candle Co. reserves the right to accept or decline any custom label request at our sole discretion.
We may decline requests that:

Contain inappropriate, offensive, or explicit language

Infringe on copyrighted or trademarked material

Include licensed names, logos, or protected phrases

Do not align with our brand aesthetic or quality standards

Cannot be executed within our design or production limitations
Creative Direction
Custom labels are designed in the Clark Family Flame Candle Co. style. While we welcome inspiration and detailed ideas, final design execution remains at our discretion to ensure cohesion with our brand.
Design Proofs
When applicable, customers will receive 2–3 design concepts to review. Minor revisions may be accommodated. Extensive revisions or redesigns may require an additional fee.
Production Timeline
Custom orders require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via direct communication.
Order Refusal & Cancellation
If a request is declined, the customer will be notified promptly and issued a refund if payment has already been processed.
